Check your order status
Use this form to check the status of your order. Place your order number below to receive the status.
The possible status are:
- Created - Order received by us and is in the processing stage
- Pending - Order requires further information or confirmation by the customer. An email is usually sent in this case to the customer explaining the situation
- Billing Denied - Credit card was not authorized. An email has been sent to the customer with additional instructions.
- Billing Approved - Order has been billed, and is now ready for delivery by the scheduled delivery date
- Delivered - Order has been delivered
- Cancelled - Order has been cancelled
