What is my order number?
An order number is generated and emailed to you after you place an order. Your order number can be used to track the order you placed, and in case you need to speak to a customer service representative about a specific order.

What happens after I place an order?
Once you place an order online, it is immediately sent to Zhoors.com staff in for processing. Once the order is verified, we will send the order to our preferred florist agent. Our staff will ensure that your order is delivered on time, and that it reflects the dollar amount spent. Our florist agent usually receives the order no later than 5 minutes after it has been submitted on our website.

Can I change the delivery address?
We will be more than happy to change the delivery address as long as your order has not been delivered or is not on its way to being delivered. To change a delivery address, either send an email to customerservice@zhoors.com , or call our toll free number at 800-745-2565 from USA or Canada. Please include the order number and the new delivery address if you send an email.

Can I cancel my order?
We can easily cancel your order if it has not yet been delivered or is not on its way to being delivered. We will refund the grand total to the credit card used at the time of purchase. To cancel an order, you can email customerservice@zhoors.com or call our toll free number at 800-745-2565 from USA or Canada.

Is it safe to use my credit card online?
Zhoors.com will never transfer your credit card number in any form that is readable by anyone else. You can be assured that we use the latest technologies including SSL (secure sockets layer) to safely encrypt your credit card. Zhoors.com does not save credit card numbers. They are deleted immediately after charges have been applied. We strongly believe in keeping our customer's records private, and we will not share your information with any other website or vendor.

When will my order arrive?
Your order will arrive on the delivery date you specify. If for any reason the delivery is late, you can request a full refund.

What if I lost my password?
Please email customerservice@zhoors.com or call our toll free number at 800-745-2565. Include the original email you used to sign up with, and we will send you the password to that email.

Why isn't your site working with my browser?
Zhoors.com has been built to fully support all major browsers. This include Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.x and beyond, Netscape 5.x and beyond, AOL and Opera. If for some reason you are unable to order or view the site, please send us an email at customerservice@zhoors.com so that we may look into this matter further.

Which credit cards do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We do accept personal checks, but the check has to clear before we are able to deliver your order.

Can I send flowers that don't appear in your catalogue?
We will work with you to make sure your floral needs are met. You can contact our toll free line at 800-745-2565 to place a custom order. We will try our best to make sure the delivered bouquet meets your description and reflects the amount spent.
